This Return Policy outlines our guidelines for returns and exchanges. By making a purchase through our online cake shop, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following circumstances:
a. Defective or Damaged Products:
If the cake or product you receive is damaged, defective, or inedible upon delivery, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please take photos and keep evidences to contact us ASAP when you receive your order.
b. Order Errors:
If we fulfil your order incorrectly, such as sending the wrong cake flavour or size, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving you order. And please keep evidences to contact us ASAP when you receive your order.
2. Returns
Our products are not able to return due to it is fresh making everyday, if there is any problem with your order please feel free to contact us by sending email to admin@twomorerolls.com.au. Any refund requests please make sure it meet our return eligibility.
3. Cancellations
For online cake orders, 48 hours notice of cancellation is required and you will be refunded the full payment amount.
For cancellations made within 48 hours no refund will be given.
